That’s the spirit behind “Walk Out On Your Job” (WOOYJ) Week, a long-standing tradition designed to encourage our team to step away from their desks, stretch their legs, and get moving.
What is Walk Out On Your Job?
Walk Out on Your Job encourages employees to take a 30-minute break to walk or exercise during their workday. The program is open to all employees, no matter their role, and helps them get moving, recharge, and improve their overall wellness.
Why We Do It
Staying active throughout the day isn’t just about fitness - it’s about energy, focus, and well-being. Too often, busy schedules and deadlines keep us glued to our workstations. WOOYJ is our reminder that wellness matters, and that even small breaks for activity can make a big difference.
